Daniel Jordan

Daniel Jordan is a summer law student at Gowling WLG's Montreal office. He will begin articling at the firm in 2022.

Daniel is entering his final year of the joint BCL/LLB program at McGill University's Faculty of Law. Before beginning his law studies, he graduated with distinction from McGill with a BA in History and Indigenous Studies.

Throughout his time in academia, Daniel has been involved in several extracurricular activities. Recent activities include volunteering with Youth Employment Services as their legal information officer, and organizing and leading legal workshops for the Law-Éducation-Connexion (L.E.X.) High School Outreach Program.

Between 2019 and 2021, Daniel served as the executive of Community Relationship Building for the Law-Éducation-Connexion (L.E.X.) High School Outreach Program. Daniel’s mandate was to organize and lead workshops designed to inform Montreal’s vulnerable youth about their rights, as well as to encourage interest in the legal profession. In 2020, he began volunteering with Youth Employment Services, where he is responsible for giving legal information to Montreal’s start-up and entrepreneur communities.
