Danielle Klepping is a London based principal associate who advises on a wide range of commercial contracts, ranging from day-to-day business contracts such as those for the purchase and sale of goods and services to sector specific and more complex business contracts, such as framework property management agreements, logistics outsourcing, manufacturing and distribution arrangements.
She has extensive first-hand experience of working in house which was gained from her numerous secondments across small and large private sector organisations. She understands the pressures and constraints faced by in-house legal teams and enjoys working closely alongside them to build a deeper relationship which enables her to provide tailored and pragmatic legal advice.
Danielle has particularly strong experience in the real estate sector. She has substantial experience of advising property developers, managers, housing associations and other real estate entities in relation to their commercial contracts and related negotiations. She also has significant experience in sectors such as logistics, outsourcing, corporate support, finance and food.
She has had articles published in both the Journal of Planning and Environment Law and BNA International's word data protection reports.
