Dominic Morris

Dominic is a London based real estate partner and Head of Senior Living. He has over 20 years' experience, advising on project structuring, development agreements, management agreements, joint ventures, funding agreements, acquisitions and disposals, plot sales and lease and rental model structuring.

With a focus on the rapidly expanding senior living sector, Dominic has a strong track record in advising many of the leading developers, operators and investors, as well as new entrants into the sector.

He also has extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams advising public and private sector clients on place making housing led regeneration schemes and transport infrastructure led development.


  • Advising Thurrock Council on the c.£750m housing led regeneration of Purfleet village
  • Advising a private developer on a contractual joint venture with Stevenage Borough Council for the c. £350 million housing led mixed use development of Stevenage SG1.
  • Advising a public sector client on the procurement of a development partner for c.£5 billion overstation development at Euston station in London
  • Advising Dacorum Borough Council on the development of its Civic Offices and surrounding housing scheme in Hemel Hempstead procured by competitive dialogue

Dominic also has extensive experience advising public sector agencies on the delivery of development projects along the length of the Thames Gateway, with schemes stretching from the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park to the Isle of Sheppey.
