Dominic Morris

Dominic is a London based real estate partner, Co-Head of Living and Head of Senior Living. Housing delivery and place making regeneration are his main areas of focus. He has over 20 years' experience, leading multi-disciplinary teams advising private and public sector clients on mixed use regeneration schemes and transport infrastructure led development, combined with a strong track record advising many of the leading developers, operators and investors, as well as new entrants in the Senior Living sector.

He has extensive expertise advising on project structuring, development agreements, management agreements, joint ventures, funding agreements, site acquisitions and disposals, plot sales and landlord and tenant matters.

Experience

  • Advising Thurrock Council on the c.£1 billion housing led mixed use regeneration of Purfleet, Essex.
  • Advising a private developer on a contractual joint venture with Stevenage Borough Council for the c. £350 million multi-tenure mixed use development of Stevenage SG1.
  • Advising many of the leading senior living developers and operators on the acquisition, funding, development and operation of their portfolios.
  • Advising Dacorum Borough Council on the forward funded development of its Civic Offices and the disposal of the surrounding housing scheme in Hemel Hempstead following a procurement exercise.
  • Dominic also has extensive experience advising on the delivery of development projects along the length of the Thames Estuary, with schemes stretching from the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park to the Isle of Sheppey.
