• Advising Transport for London in relation to:
• a major station expansion to interface with an adjoining mixed use 53-acre masterplan development;
• the asset protection elements of various third party developments, including a 3,800 home brownfield development adjacent to rail and bus infrastructure; and
• the property arrangements associated with installing electric bus charging equipment at several major interchanges.
• Advising National Highways in relation to the management of its property estate and the disposal of surplus land.
• Advising a London local authority in relation to the high-profile BTR redevelopment of a town centre mixed use block.
• Advising numerous developers in relation to both greenfield and brownfield residential and mixed use development schemes from site assembly to delivery.
• Advising a central Government department on the management of its property estate and the transactional elements relating to a series of enfranchisement claims that received national press coverage.
