Eleanor Lamb

Eleanor Lamb helps clients to find pragmatic solutions to pensions issues and navigate smoothly the ever-changing regulatory landscape.

A UK-based principal associate in the pensions team, Eleanor helps clients to manage the legal and financial risks associated with work place pensions. She advises trustees and employers on a range of pensions matters, including regulatory change, member communications and drafting scheme documentation.

Eleanor has developed wide-ranging legal experience, advising both private and public sector clients. Through Eleanor's focus on the public sector she has been involved in advising a number of employers, both public sector bodies and private sector contractors, on public service pensions issues, including new Fair Deal.

Eleanor's recent experience includes helping an employer to streamline its pensions offering through a five-scheme merger, and helping several trustee boards through the scheme wind up process, and providing clear, commercial advice on the far-reaching regulatory changes in the DC pensions world.
