Emma Cartledge-Taylor

Emma is a Principal Associate in Gowling WLG's planning and environment team with a broad depth of experience in planning and environmental law. She has experience in both the non-contentious and contentious elements of planning and environmental law.

Emma is involved in planning and highways matters for both public and private sector clients on projects such as large scale regeneration, residential, office, commercial, retail and logistic developments. Emma's contentious experience has seen her advising on planning litigation, both bringing and defending challenges, in the High Court and Court of Appeal.
