Felicity Lindsay

Felicity Lindsay is a London-based Gowling WLG partner who focusses on commercial development and investment transactions in the real estate sector.

She specialises in large-scale office developments and lettings, acting on both the landlord and tenant side of deals. She has particular expertise in portfolio acquisitions and disposals, in providing strategic advice on the value add side of portfolio management for institutional investment funds and in forward fundings, especially of long income assets.

She has wide experience of acting for a broad range of institutional investors, developers and property funds across a variety of sectors.

Felicity also acts for public bodies, including Government Property Agency in relation to their national government hubs programme. She is the lead partner both for Royal London and also for HMRC, advising them on the exit from their largest PFI contract, as well as assisting with their ongoing occupational property requirements.

She has recently acted for Knight Frank Investment Management, St Modwen Properties, Royal London, Red Bull, Griffen, CERN, GPA and the Worshipful Company of Cutlers across a variety of asset classes.
