Felicity Lindsay

Felicity Lindsay is a London-based Gowling WLG partner who advises on real estate law, specialising in commercial development and investment work. She has particular expertise in portfolio acquisitions and disposals, acting for major office occupiers taking headquarters space and in acting on the value add side of portfolio management for institutional investment funds. She acts for both private and public bodies, including the Government Property Agency and Ministry of Defence. She is the lead partner advising HM Revenue & Customs on the exit from their largest PFI contract, providing strategic advice as well as assisting with their ongoing occupational property requirements. She has recently acted for Royal London, Knight Frank Investment Management, Red Bull, Griffen UK Logistics Fund, Prime Place, Westminster City Council, Manchester Airport Group and St Modwen across a variety of asset classes, dealing with their development projects, investment deals, lettings and occupational requirements.
