Florian Holfeld, LL.M.

Florian Holfeld is a Corporate/M&A lawyer based in our Stuttgart office with more than twelve years of experience gained in private practice and in-house at DAX 40 companies. Florian has broad experience in German and international corporate and commercial law and focuses on advising corporate and financial investors as well as start-up and medium-sized companies on national and international M&A transactions and in other areas of corporate law.

  • An international investment company on the German parts of its business combination with a specialty clinical-stage pharmaceutical company.
  • An AIM-listed integrated manufacturing specialist on the German parts of its cross-border acquisition of a group of companies manufacturing complex wire harnesses.
  • A multinational chemical, pharmaceutical and life sciences company on the multijurisdictional (over 30 jurisdictions) integration of its previous acquisition of a group of companies in the life science sector. Acting in-house as global coordinator.
  • A medical tech company in a medical devices project with a multinational German industry group, a U.S. life sciences company and a major Private Equity firm.
  • Swedish-based solar panel installer Svea Renewable Solar AB (Svea) on the German parts of its acquisition of British PV project developer Solarcentury, including a target group based in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.
  • An asset management company providing a channel for institutional investors to direct their capital towards financing projects related to the energy transition on a German related bond financing transaction.
  • An investment fund listed on LSE's main market, which provides investors with opportunities in the fast growing market of clean hydrogen and related technologies, on the German parts of its investments in new green hydrogen projects in Germany.
  • A leading UK engineering and project management consultancy firm on its corporate and commercial activities in Germany, in particular in decommissioning of nuclear power plants.
  • A leading software provider offering a software-based dealer management system to OEMs of well-known car brands in various countries, in particular with its intra-group structuring in Germany.
