Florian Holfeld, LL.M.

Florian is a Corporate/M&A lawyer based in our Stuttgart office with more than nine years of experience gained in private practice and in-house at DAX 30 companies. Florian has broad experience in German and international corporate and commercial law and focuses on advising corporate and financial investors as well as start-up and medium-sized companies on national and international M&A transactions and in other areas of corporate law.

  • A company listed on LSE's main market that designs, manufactures and supplies innovative components for electronic applications, on the acquisition of a Group of companies in Germany and Hungary in the electronic equipment sector
  • An international investment company on the German parts of its business combination with a specialty clinical-stage pharmaceutical company
  • Swedish-based solar panel installer Svea Renewable Solar AB (Svea) on the German parts of its acquisition of British PV project developer Solarcentury, including a target group based in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium
  • A multinational chemical, pharmaceutical and life sciences company on the multijurisdictional (over 30 jurisdictions) integration of its previous acquisition of a group of companies in the life science sector. Acting in-house as global coordinator
  • A medical tech company in a medical devices project with a multinational German industry group, a U.S. life sciences company and a major Private Equity firm
  • An asset management company providing a channel for institutional investors to direct their capital towards financing projects related to the energy transition on a German related bond financing transaction
