Frédéric Bolduc

Frédéric Bolduc is an associate in Gowling WLG's Montreal office and a member of the firm's Labour, Employment & Equalities Group.

Frédéric's practice covers all aspects of labour and employment law in both individual and collective employment relationships. In this regard, he advises employers on a variety of matters, including labour standards, collective agreement obligations, human rights and employment issues. He also drafts and reviews documents pertaining to work relations (work contracts, policies, service contracts) and advises companies on the labour and employment law aspects of commercial transactions.

Frédéric holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Law from Université de Montréal, and prior to his legal studies he obtained a bachelor's degree in Communications (Journalism) from Université du Québec à Montréal.

During his studies at the Université de Montréal, Frédéric acted as a mentor and was involved as a student clinician with the Mobile Legal Clinic.
