Gaëlle Le Breton

Gaëlle Le Breton advises French and foreign companies and their management on all aspects of labour law.

She has wide experience of representing clients before the French employment tribunals in both individual cases (dismissals, working time, and remuneration) and collective cases (work council’s consultation, appointment of trade union representatives).

She assists and advises with both French and international clients on issues of employment law across a range of business sectors including: telecommunications, retail, recycling, tech and the pharmaceutical industry.

She also assists her clients in the day-to-day HR management and collective relationships.

Gaëlle has developed a first-rate experience in the management of labour issues involved in M&As and restructuring projects, in particular, involving redundancies, within a national and international context, as well as in the design and introduction of staff management strategies in companies. She is regularly lending her support to the M&A teams.
