Gurjeet Bahra

Gurjeet is a paralegal in the property litigation team. She advises on a variety of landlord and tenant disputes including preparing and serving notices, assisting in dilapidations claims and possession claims. She also assists with telecommunications disputes.

Experience

• Assisting in relation to telecommunications disputes in the Upper Tribunal and preparing notices under the Electronic Communications Code.
• Preparing and serving notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and break notices, advising on the validity of notices and acting in relation to dilapidations claims.
• Handling possession and trespasser claims in the County Court.
• Advising and assisting in relation to general litigation matters including drafting claim forms and particulars of claim, pleadings and witness statements.
