Helen Monro

Helen works with both property developers and investors, advising on acquisitions, disposals, lettings and ongoing management of their real estate assets.

When purchasing land for commercial development, establishing that the land is fit for purpose is crucial. Helen has an accurate and efficient approach, focusing on the practical steps needed to assure her clients that their investment is worthwhile.

For investors she is adept at adapting to their specific objectives and takes a commercial perspective on the overall management of their portfolio, assisting them to get the best return on each individual asset – whether that be by disposal, active management or acquiring new property.

Working across the full range of asset classes, Helen appreciates that bringing her best to every transaction and building trusted relationships with her clients is just as important as the law and strives to get them where they need to be
