Henry Mah

Henry Mah is an associate in Gowling WLG's Toronto office and a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Group.

Henry previously completed a judicial clerkship at the Federal Court with the Honourable Madam Justice Pallotta. During his clerkship, Henry assisted with patent and trademark cases before the Federal Court, as well as judicial review proceedings involving a wide variety of administrative law topics.

Henry completed his JD at Western University, and received an area of concentration certificate in Intellectual Property, Information, and Technology.  Henry won the runner-up Best Advocacy Team award at the 2020 Harold G. Fox Moot, which focuses on intellectual property law.

Prior to attending law school, Henry was a cardiac researcher at the Hospital for Sick Children. His research focused on cardiac metabolism and microscopy methods development. He completed an Honours Bachelor of Biomedical Science degree at King’s College London, UK.
