Hina Ghaus

Hina Ghaus is an associate in Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office. Her practice focuses on employment, labour, and human rights law.

Hina acts for employers on issues ranging from hiring to termination, health and safety, workplace harassment complaints, and human rights matters.

She is regularly asked to speak on a range of topics related to her practice, and has been invited to present at the Toronto Clinic Training Conference (TCTC), Osgoode Professional Development programs (Osgoode PD), the Association for Human Rights Lawyers (AHRL), and the Ontario Bar Association (OBA).

Prior to joining the firm, Hina gained hands-on experience working at a boutique employment firm, as well as a test case litigation clinic. In her day-to-day work, she brings a practical and creative approach to all matters.
