Irena Kramer is a partner in Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office. She works primarily on corporate, contractual, transactional, and financing matters. Irena provides knowledge, insight, and support to clients, so that they feel confident reaching their business goals.

Clients benefit from Irena's practical, solutions-based approach, whether she is assisting with mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, financing, or contract review and preparation. Irena has had the benefit of working in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, professional services, and technology.

In addition to her involvement in local mentorship initiatives, Irena is on the board of directors of the Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery and is an avid supporter of arts and culture in the Region of Waterloo.
