  • For Blackstone on the acquisition of a pan-European portfolio of logistics assets from Macquarie for c.€520 million.
  • For Blackstone on the acquisition of the IQ student accommodation platform from Goldman Sachs for c.£4.7 billion.
  • For Blackstone on the sale of Logicor to China Investment Corporation for c.€12 billion.
  • For Brookfield on the acquisition of the Service Apartment Company (SACO) platform from Oaktree Capital for c.£430 million.
  • For Centerbridge on the acquisition of a pan-European portfolio of logistics assets for c.£60 million (UK assets) and c.€60 million (European assets).
  • For Diageo Pension Fund (managed by Savills IM) on the acquisition, development and letting of a state of the art life sciences park in Bourn, Cambridge.
  • For EQT on the acquisition of the Instavolt electric vehicle charging point platform from Zouk Capital in a multi-million pound deal (pricing remains confidential).
  • For Goldman Sachs in collaboration with Riverstone Living on the development of a luxury retirement living scheme in Fulham.
  • For GreenPoint Partners on the acquisition of 37 car park assets from Davidson Kempner for £305 million.
  • For Harbert Management Corporation on the acquisition of seven PBSA sites across England and Scotland from Starwood and Round Hill Capital for c.£130 million and the entry into a bespoke operating agreement with Abodus Student Living.
  • For a JV between Lincoln Property Company and MGT Investment Management on the redevelopment of a mixed use scheme in the Station Hill area of Reading town centre.
  • For Logicor on the letting of a 645,000 square foot industrial unit in Tamworth to XPO, a deal that won Best Asset Management Initiative at the Industrial Agents Society Awards.
  • For SEGRO on the acquisition of Perviale Park Industrial Estate for c.£200 million from Federated Hermes and Grand Union Trade Park (in Park Royal) from Abrdn for c.£80 million.
  • For Queensgate Investments on the acquisition (by way of share purchase) of four luxury Grange hotels for c.£1 billion together and the creation of income strip long lease interests.
