Jane has over 12 years of experience in the commercial property sector. Having acted for landed estates, institutional investors as well as private individuals and family offices, her breadth of knowledge extends across multiple asset classes.

Jane is regarded for her proactive approach and commercial mindset, assisting clients with fast paced and multi-faceted transactions. Providing prompt, personable service, Jane has a strong understanding the needs of each of her clients.

With a particular focus on the retail and office sectors, Jane specialises in acquisitions and disposals, lettings as well as advising in respect of development projects.

Experience

• Successfully represented one of the largest landed estates in respect of an acquisition of 15 individual properties on a single street for circa £150 million. A mixture of freehold and leasehold units, the purchase enabled the client to extend their estate to cover one of the most profitable retail streets in the country.
• Acted on the £24 million freehold sale of a wholly let Central London office block for a well known institutional landlord.
• Represented a large landowner in respect to a £15 million development of a mixed use scheme involving complex planning obligations.
• Substantial experience acting for institutional landlord clients in respect of retail, office as well as residential sales and lettings.
