Justin M. Tremblay

Justin M. Tremblay is a bilingual associate lawyer in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, as well as administrative and commercial law.

Corporate and individual clients rely on Justin for his advice on a wide range of civil and commercial matters such as contractual disputes, tax litigation with the Canada Revenue Agency, family estate disputes and compensation claims, and more. Justin also provides guidance on an array of corporate matters including incorporation, restructuring, and shareholder disputes.

The client experience is important to Justin. This means early case assessment, regular reporting, effective budgeting and vigorous representation.

Justin holds a Juris Doctor and a bachelor of commerce as well as certifications in financial trading, private equity and venture capital.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Justin worked at the Department of Justice while also volunteering to assist financially challenged individuals in various legal claims.
