Justine Simoneau

Justine Simoneau joined Gowling WLG’s Montreal office as a law student in May 2019. She will start articling with the firm in 2021.

Justine is currently pursuing a double bachelor’s degree (B.C.L./LLB) at McGill University. In the fall of 2019, she will spend a semester abroad studying at the University of Copenhagen’s Faculty of Law.

Justine, who has a keen interest in foreign policy, founded the Student Forum on Foreign Policy at the McGill Faculty of Law in the fall of 2018. As president, she oversees the publication of articles on the Forum’s website, which are written by members and analyze how international news affects Québec and Canada.

During her academic career, Justine has also been involved with the McGill Legal Information Clinic, where she has conducted legal research for the general public.
