Kate Robards

Kate Robards helps clients to resolve insolvency law disputes quickly and commercially.

Kate has the benefit of experience of working for a range of clients in investigating failed businesses and acting for both Claimants and Defendants in insolvency and banking disputes. She also has extensive experience in pursuing director disqualification actions.

Having historically worked on a wide ranging caseload, Kate is now enjoying focusing on large, complex insolvency matters and developing the firm's business in this area.

Highlights

• Investigating a large-scale fraud which resulted in the disqualification of a failed company's directors for a combined period of 33 years.
• Acting for a director in the defence of a £19M wrongful trading claim.
