Katy is an associate at Gowling WLG, based within the Housing, Development & Regeneration Team.

Having worked within the affordable housing team since 2015, Katy has experience in supporting and working alongside paralegals, associates, directors and partners in advising on a variety of real estate matters, primarily focused on the delivery of affordable housing for registered provider clients – these matters include:

• land acquisitions
• disposals
• turnkey and golden brick deals
• nomination agreements
• infrastructure agreements

Katy qualified via the Solicitor Apprenticeship and is one of the firm's first associates to qualify on this route. Katy is a passionate and organised member of the team and is focused on finding appropriate solutions to her client's problems with a collaborative approach.
