Katy Love

Katy Love is a final year solicitor apprentice, being one of the firm's first apprentices to undertake the Solicitor Apprenticeship route to qualify as a solicitor.

She completed the level three Paralegal Apprenticeship in 2017 with CILEx Law School, and now studies the level seven Solicitor Apprenticeship with the University of Law. Katy graduated from the University of Law with First Class Honours in 2022, successfully completed the SQE1 in January 2023 and is anticipated to qualify with the firm as a solicitor in late 2023.

Having worked within the affordable housing team within the housing development and regeneration sector of the firm's real estate team, since 2015, Katy has experience in supporting and working alongside paralegals, associates, directors and partners within a variety of real estate matters, primarily focussed on the delivery of affordable housing. In 2021-2022 Katy widened her experience by working within the corporate team for six months and the property litigation team for six months.

Katy shortlisted in the Birmingham Law Society Awards 2022 for Apprentice of the Year 2022 and represents the firm on the Solicitor Apprenticeship Strategy Sounding Board, a City of London Law Society incentive for 2023.
