Keith Brown

Keith is an associate in the Gowling WLG Vancouver office and a member of the firm's Indigenous Law Group. He assists clients in matters at the intersection of constitutional, environmental and regulatory law, including large infrastructure projects where the Crown's obligations toward Indigenous peoples are engaged.

Keith has experience across a wide range of administrative tribunals and courts, including proceedings before the National Energy Board, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Court of Appeal for British Columbia and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Before joining the firm, Keith served as law clerk for the Hon. Madam Justice Bennett and the Hon. Madam Justice Fisher at the Court of Appeal for British Columbia. During law school, he was a legal intern at a Canadian-headquartered international transportation and logistics company.

Keith is a member of the Heiltsuk Nation from Bella Bella, British Columbia.
