Kelly Charbonneau is a corporate law clerk in Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office. Kelly deals with a variety of corporate matters, and also conducts work for United States and Barbados entities.

Kelly's work includes incorporations, amalgamations, merger & acquisition and financing support, rollovers, reorganizations, corporate maintenance, dissolutions and extra-provincial registrations. She has an extensive knowledge of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) and the Canada Business Corporations Act. Her 23 years' experience in the legal field has provided her with the required expertise to deal with all aspects of a corporation, from its incorporation through to its sale.

Kelly has been involved in her community as a volunteer for the YMCA and the United Way.
