As the inaugural Head of Wellness at Gowling WLG Canada, Leigh-Ann Ing is accountable for developing and driving the firm's strategy and innovation around well-being, health and work-life integration. Her goal is to empower everyone to be well so they can perform at their best in both their professional and personal lives. This includes partnering across all levels of the organization, and in alignment with other strategic priorities, to ensure wellness is integrated and fostered in every area of the firm.

Leigh-Ann has more than 20 years' experience in the health and productivity field, working with national and global employers in a variety of industries. She has developed and implemented impactful organizational health and wellness strategies for groups ranging in size from 100 to more than 80,000 people.

Leigh-Ann specializes in helping organizations transform their approach to managing well-being from a reactive treatment model to a holistic prevention model. She has successfully supported numerous employers in achieving best-in-class, externally recognized work cultures that champion improved employee health, well-being and engagement.

A recognized subject matter expert in her field, Leigh-Ann is a sought-after speaker on the importance of mental fitness, health and resilience as key constructs to employee performance and productivity.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Leigh-Ann held progressively senior roles with OMERS Administration Corporation, Mercer Canada, Sun Life Financial and the Government of Ontario.
