Lindsay MacInnis

Lindsay MacInnis is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office, practising in the Business Law Group. Their practice focuses on corporate commercial law, with an emphasis on telecommunications, technology, and corporate governance.

Lindsay advises clients on corporate commercial matters, including agreements relating to software services, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and other general commercial agreements.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Lindsay worked at a boutique business law firm in Ottawa, providing corporate commercial legal services to entrepreneurs and start-ups. During law school, Lindsay worked at the Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association as a policy analyst.

Lindsay completed their JD program at Queen’s University Faculty of Law, focusing on communications and information privacy. Lindsay has also obtained a BA in English Literature and Communications from McGill University.
