Mary-Pier Marcheterre

Mary-Pier Marcheterre is an associate in Gowling WLG's Montréal office. She joined the firm in 2011 and practises within the Litigation Group, with a particular focus on civil, commercial and construction litigation.

Mary-Pier has extensive experience in the area of construction litigation, and is currently working on a major professional and manufacturer liability file.

She frequently handles complex litigation matters involving banking, environmental and tax law.
Mary-Pier has appeared before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court and the Québec Court of Appeal, as well as the Tax Court of Canada, including in the context of lengthy trials.

She practises law in English and French.
