Michelle McCallum

Michelle McCallum is the general manager of the Waterloo Region office and a member of the office's management committee.

As general manager, Michelle oversees all non-legal services provided within the Waterloo Region office and is responsible for the business and operations management. She oversees all activities relating to human resources, finance, office services, facilities and systems.

Michelle has over 25 years of business management experience and has been involved in almost every service function associated with law firm operations.

Michelle joined Gowling WLG in 2011.
