Micky Yang is a corporate partner in our indirect real estate practice.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG Micky was an Of Counsel at Herbert Smith Freehills where she devoted over a decade focusing solely on providing corporate advice to clients in the real estate sector.

Micky has advised a diverse array of domestic and international clients in the real estate sector (including, amongst others, PE houses, asset managers, institutional investors and family offices) on the corporate aspects of inward and outward property investments and disposals in the real estate sector and has a wealth of experience in advising on complex investment and development joint ventures.

Her practice effectively brings together the firm's corporate and real estate expertise (with the input other relevant specialists) to provide a joined-up and coordinated service to our clients.
