Mikail Osman

Mikail Osman is an articling student in Gowling WLG's Toronto office. Mikail previously summered in the Firm's Calgary and Toronto offices as a first and second year summer student, where he focused in the areas of corporate and securities law.

Mikail received his J.D. and Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences (with Distinction) from the University of Calgary. He served as the vice president of finance of the University of Calgary's Black Law Students' Association. Mikail was also a caseworker with the Business Venture Clinic during his second year of law school, where he provided legal assistance to startup founders and investment funds.

He has also actively engaged in the community through his volunteer experiences as a scouts leader, ESL coach and academic tutor for low-income families. In his spare time, Mikail enjoys playing soccer and managing his fantasy sports teams.
