Mike Todd

Mike Todd is a Legal Resources & Innovation Lawyer in the Vancouver office of Gowling WLG. He practises in the area of business law, with a particular emphasis on financial services matters.

Mike is part of the team of business law lawyers within the Innovation and Knowledge Programs Group. In this role he serves as an internal consultant to professionals across the firm, delivering both traditional and innovative solutions for their commercial, corporate and other business law issues. He also develops and maintains annotated model precedents for the extensive precedents system used by professionals in the National Business Law Practice Group.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Mike practised for 25 years at a prominent Vancouver-based national law firm. His early years of practice were in the areas of insolvency and security enforcement, followed by a diverse secured lending practice, with an emphasis on personal property security issues.
