Mila Badran

Mila Badran is a partner in Gowling WLG's Montréal office, where she works primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation.

Mila’s practice is focused on contractual and commercial disputes and civil liability across a wide range of industries. She has developed extensive experience in mandates related to manufacturers' and product liability, including automotive, chemical products and consumer goods. Mila also assists clients with respect to prevention of litigation risks and review of contractual documents.

Mila has appeared before the Court of Québec and the Superior Court of Québec, as well as before various administrative tribunals. She has been also involved in the preparation of files before the Court of Appeal of Québec and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Mila is a civil law graduate from the University of Montréal. During her studies, she completed a course on European Union law at the Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, in France. Mila completed an internship at one of the largest railway transportation corporations in North America.

She practises law in English and French, and has skills in Arabic/Lebanese.
