Miriam advises on a variety of landlord and tenant disputes, including both hostile and uncontested lease renewals, dilapidation claims, possession claims and on telecommunications disputes.

Miriam's clients include property developers, housebuilders, retailers and telecoms operators.

Experience

Miriam's recent experience includes:

• Assisting a property company on landlord and tenant issues relating to a portfolio of industrial units.
• Advising a national housebuilder in relation to breach of contract claim arising under an Option Agreement.
• Acting for telecoms operators on a project to expand network coverage in rural areas which includes advising in relation to rights under the Telecoms Code, amongst other things.
