Muriel Delille

Muriel Delille is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Montréal office working in the Business Law Group, primarily in the areas of transactional law and all aspects of corporate commercial law. Her practice focuses mainly on private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance (private placements) and corporate commercial law.

Muriel represents a wide range of small and large Canadian businesses and multinational corporations in acquisition transactions (purchase and sale of shares and assets), complex commercial transactions, private placements and corporate restructurings. She also advises clients on a variety of general corporate commercial matters.

During her studies, Muriel was involved in various organizations, including as a volunteer at McGill University’s Legal Information Clinic, the Black Law Students’ Association of Canada - UQAM Chapter, where she was Vice-President of Internal Affairs, and the Association des Avocats sans Frontières - UQAM.

Muriel practises law in English and French and is fluent in Haitian Creole.
