Nancy Gallinger

Nancy Gallinger is a law clerk working in the Gowling WLG Ottawa office in the intellectual property department. With over 20 years of experience, Nancy has extensive knowledge in patent litigation.

Her primary area of litigation expertise is in the Federal Courts (Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal). Nancy is skilled in the requirements and procedures of the Federal Courts from issuance of originating documents to enforcement of judgments. She prepares motion materials, affidavits, affidavits of documents, documentation related to the issuance of statements of claim, and notices of application, including setting up and maintaining databases for the organization of documents produced in litigation.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Nancy worked as a law clerk in various litigation positions in private industry.
