Nancy Trudel
Nancy J. Trudel is the general manager of Gowling WLG's Montréal office. In this role, she oversees the management of all non-legal services provided within the office, including operations, human resources, finance and marketing.
With 25 years' experience working in the legal industry, Nancy began her career as a lawyer before moving into senior operations and business management roles. Her diverse experience exemplifies her commitment to improving the delivery of legal services in Quebec.
Nancy obtained her LLM from the Université de Montréal. She completed a dual Canadian and French MBA at UQAM's School of Management (ESG UQAM) in partnership with Université Paris-Dauphine. In 2014, Nancy became a Chartered Administrator and is a member of the Ordre des Administrateurs Agréés du Québec (Chartered Administrators Order of Quebec).
For over 11 years, Nancy worked for Barreau du Québec (Bar of Quebec), where she was the registry and special projects director.
Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Nancy was the general manager of the Centre d'accès à l'information juridique (Legal Information Access Centre), a not-for-profit organization created to help members of the Barreau du Québec, and judiciary and legal professionals, support their clients.
