Nart handles trademark prosecution matters related to renewals and recordals. Files and prosecutes domestic and foreign trademark applications and assists with intellectual property litigation, oppositions, and enforcement of the client's intellectual property rights.

Experience

Being the lone paralegal on the project team at the time, Nart successfully assisted in managing a name change project for one of the largest global brands. He had to ensure that the owner's name change was reflected on around 1000 trademark registrations in the MENA region. This involved scheduling all deadlines, coordinating the execution of all necessary documents, reviewing and informing the client of all revisions, and submitting all pertinent documents to the client's online portal.
