Paul Lloyd

Paul works closely with clients to help deliver their aims across a wide range of commercial property investment and development matters. He has particular experience in high volume and high value sales and acquisitions across a range of sectors, including industrial, logistics, offices and student accommodation, as well as supporting US law firms as the real estate arm of their transactions.

Paul is organised and hard working, and quickly develops strong relationships with clients and counterparties alike. He combines a personable approach with a commercial edge and a strong eye for detail. This allows him to focus on his clients' priorities whilst minimising risk in a practical and efficient manner.

Paul is also a leading member of the Gowling WLG innovation team and diversity and inclusion networks, and loves any excuse for a spreadsheet and checklist. In his spare time, he enjoys board games, cycling and playing football.
