Rachelle Rose

Rachelle Rose is a bilingual associate lawyer in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, practicing in the Family Law Group. Her practice focuses primarily on assisting clients with various matters including cohabitation agreements, separation agreements and marriage contracts, as well as disputes regarding parenting time and decision-making, child and spousal support, and property division.

Rachelle completed the joint common law, civil law, and Master of Social Work program at McGill University. During her time at McGill, Rachelle conducted research on matters related to constitutional law, human rights, equality, and inclusion. She also interned at the Yukon Human Rights Commission, summered at an international law firm in Montreal, and volunteered with multiple legal clinics.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Rachelle articled with a mid-sized firm where she assisted on a variety of family law matters.

Rachelle currently sits on the Board of Directors of the West Island Black Community Association.
