Ravital Zabarsky

Ravital Zabarsky is a summer student in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office. She is currently completing her Common Law JD at the University of Ottawa.

Before starting her legal studies, Ravital received an honours bachelor of arts degree in psychology and criminology with a highest of honours distinction (summa cum laude) at the University of Ottawa.

While at law school, Ravital got involved in many extracurricular activities. She participated in moots, such as the Nelligan O’Brien Payne Moot, and was a teaching assistant for the first year students taking Dispute Resolution. In addition, she joined the executive committee for the Women’s Legal Mentorship Program and volunteered as a pro-bono student with Canada Without Poverty.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Ravital worked as an insurance adviser for personal lines products at a prominent insurance company, while also serving on the board of directors of a not-for-profit organization as its human resources director.
