Robert Caddick

Robert Caddick helps clients to acquire, develop and dispose of a wide range of real estate investments, often involving joint ventures, public sector projects such as town centre developments for local authorities, relocations by major corporates and many retail, residential, office and mixed use developments and investments.

Since retiring from his partnership role Robert has concentrated on advising a smaller number of clients on large scale or complex transactions where he can add value by his ability to structure and deliver such projects.

Robert is highly regarded for his resourcefulness and broader commercial advice and experience gained over many years.

Robert is an active member of the Investors Property Forum and the British Property Federation.
