  • Advising a large UK social housing provider on their internal solvent restructuring, comprising of numerous steps across 25 group companies.
  • Advising FTSE listed TT Electronics Plc on its acquisition of Ferranti Technologies Limited's defence sector power and control business.
  • Acting for a student accommodation provider on its acquisition of a Luxembourg based property-holding SPV and a UK based SPV for £53.5 million and the subsequent refinancing.
  • Acting for the UK's most active growth capital investor BGF on its £14.8 million investment in Myzone.
  • Advising on the simultaneous disposal of three Jersey based property-holding SPVs for a total of £185.8 million.
  • Advising a Swedish private equity fund on £34.1 million worth of UK based acquisitions across four separate transactions.
  • Advising M&G Real Estate on their acquisition of the Ryder Court, London owning SPV for £132 million and their disposal of the Saffron House, London owning SPV for £99 million.
  • Acting for AnaCap Financial Partners on their acquisition of the Guernsey based SPV which holds the St Johns Shopping Centre in Liverpool and on their acquisition of 160 Blackfriars Road, London through acquiring the property-holding Dutch SPV.
  • Advising VC and private equity fund GreenPoint Partners on their investment into the Infinium Logistics FleetHubs asset class which utilises commercial property spaces for electric vehicle infrastructure.
  • Advising De Kuyper Royal Distilleries on its acquisition of Archers Peach Schnapps from Diageo.
  • Acting for private equity house Lloyds Development Capital and Solid Solutions on LDC's exit from the Solid Solutions Group by way of sale to TriMech.
  • Advising a Norwegian based software company on the UK aspects of their cross-border acquisition of two UK based software companies for £22.8 million.
