Experience

• Acting for participants in a public inquiry, assisting with complex submissions and investigations.
• Assisting on claims relating to defamation and misuse of private information.
• Advising on and making applications within the Media and Communications List of the High Court including seeking a Norwich Pharmacal order.
• Acting for the Claimant in a multi-million pound dispute with its retailer, securing and negotiating settlement discussions.
• Working with IT services providers in order to resolve a dispute pertaining to a data management software system.
• Advising on and assisting with responses relating to data breaches and data subject access requests.
• Helping clients respond to personal data security breaches and cyber incidents.
• Assisting clients handle complex data subject access requests (SARs).
