Saskia Smellie

Saskia is a London based associate in Gowling WLG's Commercial, IT and Outsourcing team who advises on a wide range of commercial contracts including data protection agreements, IT contracts and large scale procurement projects.

Saskia acts for a broad range of clients including various government bodies, food and product manufacturers, energy providers and charities. Her experience includes advice on data protection policies, data sharing agreements, SaaS agreements and multi-lot competitive procurement projects. A secondment to Oxfam has also provided Saskia with first-hand experience of the charity sector and the roles and responsibilities of in-house legal teams.
