Sneha trained at the firm and is now a real estate senior associate based in Gowling WLG's Birmingham office. Sneha supports on a number of development projects and property-related transactions. Her experience includes dealing with title investigations, certificates of title, drafting leases, contracts and various ancillary development documents.

Experience

• Advising U+I Group on various developments at Cambourne Business Park, Slough and Landmark Court.
• Advising Thomas White Oxford Limited on various title, due diligence and property matters on their joint venture arrangements for the development of a new global life sciences district in Oxford.
• Being part of the team advising Warwickshire County Cricket Club on the £93 million redevelopment of the land adjoining the iconic Edgbaston Stadium.
• Advising Castlepoint LP (managed by Aberdeen Standard Investments) on various letting, property and partnership matters relating to Castlepoint Shopping Centre, Bournemouth.
