  • Advised Bastion Minerals Limited, an exploration and development company focused on gold and copper in the Atacama region, Chile, on its initial public offering and admission to the ASX.
  • Advised SHAPE, a leading Australian multi-disciplinary building contractor on its initial public offering and admission to the ASX.
  • Advised Nyrada, Inc., a Delaware biotechnology company, in relation to its initial public offering of CHESS Depositary Interests and admission to the ASX.
