Tracy L. Salmon

Tracy Salmon is a law clerk in the advocacy department of Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office.

Tracy is primarily engaged in civil litigation, specializing in corporate commercial and estate litigation, as well as files involving injunctions, collections, costs and appeals in all levels of court, including the Divisional Court, Federal Court, Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Tracy has extensive experience in drafting pleadings, motion materials, bills of costs and working closely with both clients and professionals. Tracy assists with the preparation of and attending at examinations for discovery and trials in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Active in her community, Tracy voluneers with Kitchener Minor Hockey as manager and trainer of the Kitchener Lady Rangers Midget AA hockey team.
