Tracy Tinney

Tracy Tinney is a law clerk in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, working in the business law department and specializing in commercial leasing.

Tracy assists with all stages of commercial leasing transactions, including: drafting and review of leases, subleases and assignments, lease amending agreements, offers to lease and licence agreements, review of title matters, preparation and review of estoppel certificates, non-disturbance agreements and consents, preparation of demand notices, notices of default and notices of termination, co-ordination of the execution and delivery of documentation, preparation and registration of notices of lease and related documents, preparation of lease term sheets and transaction closing books, tracking of relevant lease dates, and file management throughout.

Tracy joined the firm in 1997. She worked in the real estate department before joining the commercial leasing group as a law clerk in 2001.
