Yuxiao Zhou

Yuxiao Zhou is a patent agent trainee in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office, practising in the Intellectual Property Group.

Yuxiao assists with drafting and prosecuting patent applications, as well as preparing responses, and conducting patent searches. His work focuses on matters involving high-tech, mechanical, electrical, and biomedical subjects.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Yuxiao obtained a BASc at the University of Waterloo followed by a MASc at the University of Toronto, where his thesis topic was organ-on-a-chip.
