U&I GROUP (AS PART OF JOINT VENTURE TRIANGLE LONDON DEVELOPMENTS (TLD)
Advising on the joint venture agreements between TLD and TfL on one of the first sites on the TfL Property Partnership Framework. The £200 million development will deliver around 80 new homes and 130,000 sq. ft. of new commercial space.
