CIC Gold Group admitted to Official List and to trading on Main Market of London Stock Exchange

On 23 June 2015, following the publication of its Prospectus on 18 June 2015, CIC Gold Group Limited (TIDM: CICG) announced that its entire issued common share capital of 103,590,000 common shares of no par value was admitted to the Standard Listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.
The firm was counsel to CIC Gold Group on this float with a team that included Charles Bond, Susan Johnston and Victoria Yao.
